Back in 1995 Rhayader Motor Club introduced a two round mid-week evening motocross series to its calendar. Its aim was just for local riders to have a bit of fun on a Wednesday evening during the summer months in front of a handful of spectators. Since then the series has grown from being a small club event to becoming the biggest mid-week series in the UK's motocross calendar.

The stunning hillside circuit situated in the heart of Mid-Wales now regularly attracts over 15,000 spectators and a host of top quality National Grand Prix riders to the three round mid week series.

The Course features several jumps, a breathtaking downhill ski jump followed by a wall of death berm and the infamous 65ft finish line table top jump.

The site boasts excellent viewing, a full trackside public address system and large car parks. Each night features 11 races, 3 per group (Experts, Seniors & Juniors, Novices & Local Beginners) plus two Grand Finals "Dash for Cash" for the top 15 Experts overall on the night in both the 125/250 and open class.

All this as well as children's mini bike rides, simulator rides, bouncy castle, licenced bar and good catering facilities make it a great night out for all the family.
