Please remember to take membership out first before applying for an ACU licence.
Your ACU licence will not be valid until club membership has been taken out.

This will take you to a new Rhayader MC web page hosted by the New ACU Sports 80 system.
Current Club Member
1. Click the login button.
2. If you have forgot your password – click on forgot password and you will then receive an
email to change your password.
3. You may need to change your password if it is no longer compliant with the new security
software – ensure a mixture of capitals, lower case and numbers.
4.Your profile should come up, click on it, follow instructions and pay club membership by
card.
5. Complete the form with payment, noting that last thing it asks against payment is the
Post Code of the card holder – this is easily missed.
Renewing your ACU licence
1. Once you have your club membership and licence sorted, log in to check your profile within Sport80.
2. Under your personal profile scroll down and check the following:
A) Make sure in the ‘Medical Documentation’ section is showing green.
B) Make sure in the ‘Personal Documentation’ section for your ID photo is showing
green.
C) Go into the ‘Member Details and Payment’ at the top of the page and make sure this
is showing green.
D) Finally check your ‘ACU Competitions Licence’ section. If your competition licence is
still showing red, click the box ‘Add’ in bottom right-hand corner or the ‘Next’ button
and follow the instructions.
3. If you need to renew your licence, there is a drop-down menu ‘Membership Type’. Scroll
through this for the type of licence you need e.g. trial £20.00 or all disciplines £70.00.
4. Complete the form with payment, noting that last thing it asks against payment is the
Post Code of the card holder – this is easily missed.

New to the Club and not an ACU Licence holder
1. Click register new if you never had Club and ACU membership.
2.You will be asked to enter details of your name and add a secure password.
3. You will then be required to enter some supporting personal details and then make payment which is £15 adult and £5 Youth.

It is critical if you want to enter an event on the ACU Sport 80 website, that you have everything valid. Don’t wait to sort this out as medical questionnaires are required for all ‘competitors off road licences’ (Enduro and MX) and these can take a few days to get approved by the ACU.
